When do we process your data?

1. Orientation and viewings

When you request information or attend a viewing, we process your name, contact details, and housing preferences. This data is stored for up to 1 year after your last contact.

2. Purchase assignment

If you engage us to help you buy a home, we may process the following:

• Your identity, contact details, and search profile
• Financial data (such as income category, indication of financing possibilities)
• Any correspondence and bidding details
• In some cases: data required under anti-money laundering laws (Wwft)

Retention period: typically 3 to 20 years depending on the data type.

3. Valuations and additional services

For valuations or additional services (such as permits or zoning advice), we only process the necessary information. This is retained for a maximum of 20 years.

Data Sharing

We only share your data when necessary to deliver our services, for example with:

• Notaries, selling agents, appraisers
• Platforms like funda, upon your request
• The NVM and its data subsidiary brainbay for market analytics
• Relevant authorities under anti-money laundering regulations (Wwft)

Retention Periods

Depending on the type of interaction and purpose, we keep your data between 3 and 20 years. Data required under legal obligations (e.g. Wwft) is kept for 5 years.
